Issues supported include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, racial trauma, relationship issues, trauma, sexual abuse, sexual trauma, baby loss, work-related stress, sexual identity, and a wide range of other issues.
The package allows you to heal, grow and reflect on past and current difficulties. The Heartical Therapy bundle supports clients to learn healthier coping strategies and mechanisms.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and will include WhatsApp, text messages, and email support in between sessions. Therapy included combines Humanistic Counselling, Solution Focused Counselling, Trauma therapy, Afro-centred therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
