BOOKING POLICY

All Sessions

Payments must be made at least 24 hours before your session to secure your slot.

Your slot will become open to others if your payment is not made at least 24 hours before your session, you are therefore at risk of losing your slot if you do not make payment.

You are liable to pay for the session if you cancel without any justifiable reason less than 24 hours before your session.

If you would like to cancel your session, I require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions can be rescheduled once as long as 24 hours notice is provided.

Your session will be rescheduled free of charge if we have postpone for any reason.

For online sessions, I will wait up to 15 minutes for you to attend.  If you log on after this time the session will be voided. 

For telephone sessions, I will call you twice.  If you do not answer I will leave a voicemail and/or a text message. 

If we lose connection for any reason, I will attempt to call you back right away.

Everything you share is confidential and all data is held in accordance with The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). 

Bundles

All Bundles are non-refundable

Bundles must be paid for at least 24 hours before your first session.

Each bundle is valid for one year, sessions can be used at any time within 12 months.

Ways to Pay

Payments for sessions include bank transfer / BACS or PayPal 24 hours prior to the session.

Payments for block bookings must be made before your first session.
